Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Zonal Sales Manager. Responsibilities include driving sales for protected cultivation solutions, developing strategies to achieve regional sales targets, identifying and building relationships with key clients, and ensuring operational efficiency in the assigned region. The Zonal Sales Manager will monitor market trends, conduct competitor analysis, prepare sales forecasts, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions for clients.


Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Sales Strategy, Business Development, and Target Achievement
  • Strong Relationship Management with clients and stakeholders
  • Analytical skills to monitor market trends and perform competitor analysis
  • Knowledge of agricultural products and solutions, particularly in protected cultivation
  • Excellent Communication and Negotiation abilities
  • Leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and coordinate with cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus
  • Experience in the agricultural/agribusiness industry is preferred
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region
