Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Successfully implement sales strategies and achieve ambitious sales targets within the assigned district
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), ensuring exceptional customer experience and satisfaction
- Effectively manage day-to-day logistics and case planning, ensuring flawless execution of surgical procedures
- Collaborate with team members within the company to identify customer requirements and create customized solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of market trends
- Compete in the market by providing comprehensive product knowledge and technical expertise to healthcare professionals
- Continuously analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop actionable strategies
- Deliver engaging product presentations and demonstrations to healthcare professionals and prospective customers
- Provide timely and accurate reports on sales activities, market trends, and competitor analysis to the regional sales manager
- Proven track record of at least 5 years in a sales role, preferably within the medical device industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with both internal and external team members
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing excellent customer service with a focus on delivering flawless execution.
- Motivated and determined, with a strong desire to surpass sales targets and pursue personal and professional development
- Skilled in using digital tools and platforms to improve sales and customer engagement
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience will be considered.
