CRM Developer ?will be responsible for the development, customization, integration, and maintenance of the CRM system to enhance client engagement, streamline workflows, and support the business development and project planning teams. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and project management to ensure the CRM system aligns with business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement CRM solutions tailored to business needs. Customize forms, workflows, dashboards, and reports within the CRM system. Integrate CRM with third-party tools (e.g., project management systems, ERP, email platforms). Collaborate with architectural and planning teams to understand project workflows and incorporate them into CRM processes. Maintain data quality, integrity, and consistency across the system. Provide technical support and training to end-users. Monitor system performance and ensure timely updates and enhancements. Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to automate campaigns and lead tracking. Ensure CRM complies with data protection and security regulations. Requirements: Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as a CRM Developer (experience in architectural or construction industry is a plus). Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Zoho , Microsoft Dynamics, or similar. Strong knowledge of APIs, data integration, and workflow automation.
