Job Description
Implement, configure, and customize Zoho CRM according to business requirements.
Design and develop workflows, automation rules, and business process flows within Zoho CRM.
Set up and manage end-to-end Zoho applications and CRM systems from scratch.
Integrate Zoho CRM with third-party applications and internal systems.
Act as both a functional consultant and technical consultant for Zoho implementations.
Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth adoption and functioning of Zoho tools.
Identify opportunities to optimize processes and improve automation within the CRM ecosystem.
Provide troubleshooting, enhancements, and continuous improvements for Zoho systems.
4–7 years of experience working with Zoho CRM development and implementation.
Strong knowledge of the Zoho ecosystem (Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, Zoho Desk, Zoho Campaigns, etc.).
Experience with Zoho CRM customization, workflows, automation, and integrations.
Proficiency in Deluge scripting and Zoho APIs.
Ability to understand business needs and translate them into functional and technical solutions.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in end-to-end Zoho CRM implementation projects.
Experience with system integrations and process automation.
Knowledge of CRM best practices and workflow optimization.
