Job Description

Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Zoho Developer to design, customize, and optimize end-to-end CRM and workflow solutions across our business operations. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Zoho CRM, Deluge scripting, Zoho Creator, Zoho Flow , and API integrations . This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to automate processes, enhance system capabilities, and improve overall CRM efficiency. Key Responsibilities Develop, customize, and maintain Zoho CRM modules , layouts, views, and dashboards. Build and optimize workflows, blueprints, automation rules , and custom functions using Deluge . Integrate Zoho CRM with external systems via REST APIs, webhooks, and third-party tools. Customize and manage applications within the Zoho ecosystem (Zoho Creator, Zoho Flow, Zoho Books, Zoho Desk, etc.). Analyze business requirements and convert them into scalable technical solutions. Develop reports, analytics, and automated processes to support data-driven decision-making. Troubleshoot CRM issues, test new features, and ensure system performance and stability. Handle data migration , data cleansing, and CRM process audits. Provide end-user support, training, and documentation. Required Skills & Qualifications Strong hands-on experience with Zoho CRM and the Zoho One Suite . Mandatory: Proficiency in Deluge scripting . Experience in Zoho Creator app development. Solid understanding of API integrations, REST APIs, JSON, and webhooks. Experience in workflow automation using Zoho Flow or similar tools. Knowledge of CRM best practices, system architecture, and integration frameworks. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects. Preferred / Good to Have Familiarity with Zoho Desk, Zoho Books, Zoho Inventory, Zoho Subscription, Zoho People . Knowledge of SQL, JavaScript, or Python . Prior experience in eCommerce or SaaS environments. Educational Qualification Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering , or equivalent practical experience.
