International is a UK-headquartered engineering firm specializing in Suspended Under-Deck Access and Safety Systems for complex global infrastructure projects. From bridges and refineries to offshore platforms and industrial facilities, we deliver smarter, safer, and more efficient access solutions across international markets. We are scaling rapidly and looking for a Zoho CRM & Email Automation Specialist to join our team in Noida. This high-ownership role will combine CRM architecture, automation, and marketing workflows?driving both operational excellence and lead generation across global markets. Key Responsibilities a. CRM Management (Zoho One Ecosystem) Full command of Zoho One apps?especially CRM, Campaigns, Books, Creator, and Analytics . Build and manage custom modules, workflows, blueprints, billing & invoicing systems . Manage the entire sales cycle in Zoho CRM including lead capture, quotations, sales orders, and invoices . Maintain and clean datasets, ensuring CRM hygiene, compliance, and performance . Train and support internal teams with documentation and process automation . Create dashboards and reports for sales, marketing, and leadership. Hands-on with Deluge scripting, HTML, JavaScript, and API integrations . b. Email Marketing (Zoho Campaigns, SmartLead, etc.) Design and manage email workflows, sequences, and nurturing tracks . Oversee multiple domain email routing, DNS management, and deliverability optimization . Build responsive HTML email templates and track performance metrics. c. Lead Data & List Building Leverage platforms such as Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Uplead, Clay , etc. Build, clean, and segment prospect databases for targeted campaigns. Align CRM and campaign data for high-conversion outreach . Qualifications 4?5 years? experience in CRM development and email marketing, ideally in the Zoho ecosystem . Strong knowledge of Deluge scripting, HTML, and JavaScript . Proven track record in CRM customization, commercial workflow automation (quotes, sales orders, invoices) , and system integrations. Background in tech, engineering, or software preferred. Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal). Based in?or willing to relocate to? Noida, India .
