About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead/Senior Robotics Engineer to spearhead the design, development, and integration of advanced robotic systems focused on autonomy in both indoor and outdoor environments. You will play a key leadership role in shaping the next generation of intelligent robotic platforms, driving innovation in perception, planning, control, and system Responsibilities : Lead end-to-end development of robotic systems from concept through deployment focusing on autonomous navigation, SLAM, and multi-sensor fusion. Architect and implement robust software for real-time perception, path planning, and control of mobile robots in complex environments. Integrate hardware components including sensors (LiDAR, cameras, GPS, IMUs), computing units, and actuators to deliver reliable robotic platforms. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including mechanical, electrical, and software engineers to ensure seamless system integration. Conduct system-level debugging, performance tuning, and field testing in diverse environments. Stay updated with the latest advancements in robotics and autonomy to continuously improve system : Masters or PhD in Robotics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field. 5+ years of experience in robotic systems development, with proven leadership in complex autonomy projects. Proficiency in ROS/ROS2, C++, Python, and real-time system development. Experience with SLAM, path planning algorithms, and sensor fusion. Hands-on experience with deploying robots in real-world, dynamic : Experience with outdoor mobile robotics, UGVs, or autonomous vehicles.
