We are looking for a dynamic, driven UI/UX Team Lead to spearhead our design team, delivering world-class user experiences and interfaces. This individual will combine exceptional creative vision with a hands-on approach, managing the teams output while actively contributing to design work. They will be fluent in AI tools and workflows, using them to build accelerators, streamline delivery, and solve complex problems quickly. Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor the UI/UX design team, providing creative direction and guidance. Translate business goals and user needs into intuitive, aesthetically compelling, and functional digital experiences. Assign tasks, manage timelines, and ensure delivery quality across all projects. Actively participate in design workUI, UX flows, prototypes, and final assets. Integrate AI tools into the design workflow for speed, efficiency, and innovation. Build reusable design accelerators, templates, and component libraries to improve delivery speed. Collaborate with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to ensure consistent brand and design language. Conduct UX audits and usability testing to identify and fix experience gaps. Stay updated with design trends, emerging technologies, and AI-driven design practices. Required Skills & Experience 6+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Proven portfolio showcasing exceptional UX thinking and world-class UI design. Expert in design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.) and prototyping tools. Strong grasp of UX research methodologies, usability testing, and accessibility standards. Hands-on experience with AI-based design tools (Midjourney, DALLE, Uizard, Framer AI, etc.) and workflows. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with a problem-solving mindset. Experience in building and scaling design systems and component libraries. (ref:hirist.tech)
