Job Description

Description We are seeking a passionate and skilled AEM Developer with 1-3 years of hands-on experience in web development and content management systems such as Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSON, and database concepts (SQL/NoSQL), along with exposure to RESTful APIs and web services. Experience in UI development and React JS is a plus. You will collaborate with senior developers and digital specialists to build scalable websites, customize components, integrate APIs, and leverage AI-powered tools to enhance productivity and content workflows. The role requires a solid understanding of CMS development and an eagerness to contribute to large-scale digital transformation projects. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain websites using (AEM). Build custom templates, components, and workflows aligned with best practices. Write clean, structured, and reusable code in HTML, CSS, JavaScript. Work with JSON data, RESTful APIs, and web services for integrations. Support content authoring teams by configuring and troubleshooting CMS features. Utilize AI-powered developer tools (e.g., Cursor, Copilot, ChatGPT, etc.) to improve efficiency. Ensure websites are responsive, accessible, and cross-browser compatible. Required Skills Strong experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and JSON. Understanding of database concepts (SQL/NoSQL). Experience with RESTful APIs and web integration. Exposure to AI/ML-powered tools (AI coding assistants, content optimization). Hands-on experience in AEM or similar CMS platforms. Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Good To Have Experience with React.js or other UI frameworks. Exposure to version control tools (Git). Understanding of responsive design and accessibility best practices. Experience in CMS migrations, plugin customization, or workflow automation. (ref:hirist.tech)
