Description Job Summary : We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst with a minimum of 3 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex data sets to help drive business decisions and improve operational efficiency. The Data Analyst will work closely with various departments to provide insights and support data-driven strategies. Key Responsibilities Collect, clean, and analyze large data sets from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize data and communicate findings to stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide analytical support. Conduct statistical analysis and modeling to forecast outcomes and support decision-making processes. Present findings and recommendations to management in a clear and concise manner. Ensure data integrity and accuracy by performing regular data quality checks. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analysis and visualization tools. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis or a related role. Proficiency in data analysis tools and software such as SQL, Excel, Python, or R. Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex information (ref:hirist.tech)
