Location : Bangalore Experience : 7 to 10 Years Education : B.E/B.Tech/MCA Technical Skills Experience developing enterprise Java 8 AND Java 11 applications Hands-on Experience in J2EE applications, JPA, Hibernate, EJB, experience with memory management, performance issues, performance tuning, Load Balancing , server setup. Worked on Production Issues. Should have a working knowledge of XML, JSON, web services (SOAP & REST). Preferably from Card Domain Should be a independent contributor Familiar with various design patterns and techniques Solid Experience writing Junit, component and integration tests Database-related technologies : ORACLE ,PL/SQL Basic Linux and basic Linux Scripting Experience developing in both software tiers front end with HTML /CSS/JS, back end and database queries Responsible for full cycle systems development activities including software design, development, and deployment to launch new systems and enhance existing systems Experience with tools : Shell scripting , Cloud ,CI/CD , Git, Gitlab, Jenkins, JIRA, Maven, Nexus repository Manager, SonarQube, SoapUI, Postman, JBOSS 7.4 ,Developer Studio Eclipse/IntelliJ Knowledge on Cloud based applications. Should have worked in the distributed agile model and continuous integration NICE TO Have : Spring/Spring boot framework/Microservice, Tapestry. Soft Skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Highly initiative-taking and solution-oriented approach. Key Responsibilities Designing and developing modern and modular Java/J2EE applications using current coding and testing standards. Working collaboratively and closely with a global team of technologists. Strong ability to lead with ideas and innovation. Participating in agile ceremonies and actively driving towards the team's goals. Part of Fully Responsible Agile Team Managing full cycle from Dev, Unit Testing, CI,CD, Testing to production maintenance Monitor application performance using APM tools (e., Dynatrace ) to identify bottlenecks and diagnose performance issues. Collaborate with development, operations, and QA teams to establish performance benchmarks and implement effective testing strategies. Analyze application metrics, logs, and traces to identify trends and proactively address performance issues. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide visibility into application performance metrics for stakeholders. Conduct root cause analysis of application performance issues and recommend solutions or optimizations. Assist in the design and implementation of continuous performance improvement initiatives, including performance testing and load testing strategies. Optimize application deployments, configurations, and resource allocations for improved performance and scalability.
