Job Summary

We are looking for a WFX Trainer to drive learning and capability development across our manufacturing operations. The role is responsible for designing and delivering training programs on manufacturing processes, digital platforms (including WFX/ERP/MES), and standard operating procedures to ensure effective system adoption, process standardization, and workforce capability enhancement.

Key Responsibilities

1. Training Program Development

• Design and develop classroom, virtual, and on-the-job training modules covering manufacturing processes, WFX, ERP/MES systems, and process improvement initiatives.
• Develop training manuals, SOPs, user guides, presentations, and e-learning content.
• Align training content with business processes and operational requirements.

2. Training Delivery

• Conduct engaging training sessions for operators, supervisors, executives, and business users.
• Provide hands-on guidance on the shop floor to reinforce practical application of systems and processes.
• Support onboarding and refresher training programs across manufacturing locations.

3. Assessment & Evaluation

• Assess trainee understanding through practical demonstrations, assessments, and evaluations.
• Provide constructive feedback and certify competency where applicable.
• Monitor training effectiveness and user adoption.

4. Standardization & Documentation

• Ensure standardized training content and delivery across all manufacturing units.
• Maintain training records, attendance, competency matrices, and training reports.
• Ensure documentation remains updated with the latest process and system changes.

5. Continuous Improvement

• Continuously enhance training content based on business feedback, process improvements, and technology updates.
• Collaborate with business, IT, and functional teams to support change management initiatives.
• Identify knowledge gaps and recommend capability-building interventions.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Textile, Apparel, Industrial Engineering, Fashion Technology, or a related discipline.
• 3–8 years of experience in manufacturing training, WFX/ERP implementation, digital system enablement, or learning & development within the apparel manufacturing industry.
• Experience delivering functional and shop-floor training is highly preferred.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Good understanding of apparel manufacturing processes and production workflows.
• Hands-on knowledge of WFX and/or ERP/MES systems.
• Ability to simplify technical concepts for diverse learner groups.
• Experience creating SOPs, training documentation, and digital learning content.
• Proficiency in MS Office; exposure to Learning Management Systems (LMS) is an added advantage.
• Strong stakeholder management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
