Role Description The Workfront Fusion Developer will design build and maintain integrations and automations using Workfront and its automation platform Workfront Fusion This person bridges the gap between business processes and technical systemstaking requirements from stakeholders architecting workflows configurations and APIintegration solutions and ensuring smooth operations of automated workflows across multiple systems and platforms Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain Workfront Fusion scenarios ie automated workflows connecting Workfront with other applicationssystems Collaborate with business analysts Workfront administrators IT teams and stakeholders to gather requirements translate them into automation solutions and integration designs Configure and optimize Workfront system elements projects tasks request queues custom forms templates dashboards as required by the integration or workflow Connect Workfront to external systems CRM ERP DAM marketing automation tools etc via APIs SOAPREST webhooks or connector modules Troubleshoot monitor and optimise existing automation solutionsensuring reliability performance errorhandling and scalability Document integration logic configuration changes scenario flows error handling and maintenance procedures Provide trainingsupport to endusers and administrators as required Stay current with new featuresupdates in Workfront and Workfront Fusion evaluate applicability and support adoption of new capabilities Required Skills Qualifications Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field or equivalent experience Handson experience with Workfront Fusion scenario development eg 2 years and integration experience using APIs REST SOAP webhooks JSONXML Experience with Workfront platform configuration forms templates dashboards workflows Strong problemsolving skills ability to troubleshoot integration issues design workflows implement errorhandling and performance tuning Good communication and stakeholdermanagement skills able to work with technical and nontechnical audiences Familiarity with scriptingprogramming JavaScript Python etc and databaseSQL knowledge is a plus Skills Mandatory Skills : HTML/HTML5,JavaScript,WORKFRONT
