🔹 About the Role

We are seeking experienced professionals to join our Workday HCM Core team, responsible for designing, configuring, and supporting core HR processes within Workday. This role ensures seamless HR operations, compliance, and employee experience across diverse business functions.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Workday HCM Core modules (Organization, Staffing Models, Compensation, Absence, Security, Business Processes).
• Partner with HR and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable HCM solutions.
• Support integrations between Workday HCM and external systems.
• Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and optimize existing configurations.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, data security, and regulatory requirements.
• Document processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

🔹 Desired Skills & Expertise

• Hands-on experience with Workday HCM Core configuration and administration.
• Strong knowledge of business processes, security, and reporting within Workday.
• Familiarity with Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIB, and integration frameworks.
• Understanding of HR processes including onboarding, compensation, absence, and workforce management.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
