Job Description
Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Workday Data Conversion Consultant with 4–7 years of
strong hands-on expertise in Workday data migration and conversion activities across HCM,
Finance, and SCM. The ideal candidate will have led or played a primary role in 1–2
end-to-end Workday implementations, with deep exposure to EIBs, Advanced Data
Loads, Workday Studio (WD Studio), and migration best practices. An active Workday
Data Conversions certification is mandatory.
Key Skills & Technical Expertise:
- Strong hands-on experience with EIB, Advanced Data Loads, Workday Studio,
- and Cloud Connect.
- In-depth understanding of Workday data conversion models, business processes,
- and reporting frameworks.
- Experience across HCM, Financial Management, and SCM data domains.
- Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and/or Python for data validation, reconciliation, and
- analysis.
- Proven experience managing tenant builds and acting as a Build Manager.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and documentation skills.
Requirements:
- Active Workday Data Conversions Certification (mandatory).
- Experience as a primary consultant on at least 1–2 end-to-end Workday implementation cycles.
- An active Workday Data Conversions certification is mandatory.
