Job Title: Workday Consultant – Reporting

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Workday Reporting Consultant to join our team in Madurai. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Workday Reporting tools, the ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and a passion for delivering accurate, scalable, and insightful reporting solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and maintain Workday Advanced, Matrix, Composite, and BIRT reports.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into effective Workday solutions.
• Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance within all delivered reports.
• Troubleshoot reporting issues and support end-users with report usage.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Technology teams for seamless integration of reporting needs.
• Optimize existing reports for performance and usability.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–5 years of hands-on experience as a Workday Reporting Consultant.
• Strong knowledge of Workday Reporting frameworks (Advanced, Matrix, Composite, BIRT).
• Good understanding of Workday HCM modules.
• Experience in calculated fields, dashboards, and data source selection.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
