Job Role Overview We are seeking a skilled Workato Developer to support, enhance, and maintain integration workflows across enterprise systems. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Workato, API integrations, SaaS applications, troubleshooting, and cross-functional collaboration. Key Responsibilities Support & Maintenance Provide ongoing support for Workato integration workflows. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex integration issues. Work with business teams to identify, design, and implement integration enhancements. Integration Development Design, develop, and deploy integration solutions using Workato. Create and maintain Workato recipes, triggers, actions, and jobs. Develop robust API integrations across cloud and on-premise applications. Work with SaaS applications such as Salesforce, Oracle, Concur, etc. Technical Expertise Hands-on experience with RESTful & SOAP APIs, webhooks, and other integration protocols. Knowledge of integrating SaaS and on-premise systems seamlessly. Additional experience with Snowflake and MuleSoft is preferred. Project & Communication Manage multiple integration projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Required Skills & Experience 3?4 years of hands-on experience with Workato. Expertise in creating recipes, managing triggers/actions/jobs. Strong understanding of API integrations. Experience integrating cloud applications (Salesforce, Oracle, Concur, etc.). Proficiency in troubleshooting and issue resolution. Strong project management and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Workato Certification or other relevant integration certifications.
