Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and optimize work management and field operations processes across business units.
  • Design and implement efficient work order management, scheduling, dispatch, and field service workflows.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define operational improvements.
  • Support the implementation and configuration of Work Management and Field Operations solutions.
  • Monitor field workforce productivity, resource utilization, SLA compliance, and operational KPIs.
  • Coordinate with planning, maintenance, asset management, and operations teams to ensure timely execution of work orders.
  • Perform business process analysis and recommend automation and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Support system integration with ERP, Asset Management, GIS, and Field Service Management (FSM) platforms.
  • Conduct user training, prepare documentation, and provide post-implementation support.
  • Identify operational risks and recommend continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills:
  • 3–9 years of experience in Work Management, Field Operations, or Field Service Management.
  • Strong understanding of work order lifecycle, scheduling, dispatching, workforce management, and field operations.
  • Experience with Field Service Management (FSM), Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), or Work Management platforms.
  • Knowledge of asset maintenance, preventive maintenance, and service delivery processes.
  • Experience with enterprise applications such as SAP PM, IBM Maximo, Oracle Utilities, Salesforce Field Service, or similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with GIS integration, mobile workforce solutions, and asset management systems.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills.
  • Experience preparing business requirements, functional specifications, and process documentation.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Experience in utilities, energy, telecommunications, manufacturing, or infrastructure industries.
  • Certification in SAP PM, IBM Maximo, Salesforce Field Service, or equivalent platforms is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Familiarity with reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or advanced Microsoft Excel.
