The ideal candidate should be proficient in WordPress architecture, custom theme and plugin development, and have expertise in managing multiple complex websites. Key Responsibilities:1. WordPress Development & Customization Develop, customize, and maintain high-performing WordPress websites. Create custom WordPress themes and plugins from scratch based on project requirements. Ensure mobile responsiveness, cross-browser compatibility, and optimized user experience. 2. Frontend & Backend Expertise Implement pixel-perfect UI/UX designs using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and Bootstrap. Integrate backend APIs, ensuring smooth data flow and functionality. Customize WooCommerce stores, payment gateways, and subscription models. 3. Plugin & Theme Management Modify and extend third-party plugins when required. Maintain and troubleshoot WordPress themes and plugins to ensure site stability. 4. Site Performance Optimization Optimize website speed, security, and SEO performance. Implement caching, CDN integration, and image optimization techniques. 5. Database & Security Management Manage MySQL databases and ensure data integrity. Implement security best practices to protect websites from vulnerabilities. 6. Client Communication & Project Coordination Collaborate with the design, content, and development teams to meet project timelines. Interact with clients to gather requirements and provide regular progress updates. Technical Skills Required: Proficiency in PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, and Bootstrap. Strong expertise in WordPress CMS architecture, custom themes, and plugins. Experience with WooCommerce and e-commerce integrations. Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, and AJAX. Knowledge of version control systems like Git. Experience with website optimization, caching, and security protocols.
