About the Role

NR Supply are partnering with a leading global 3PL to recruit an experienced Blue Yonder WMS (Discrete) Solution Architect to join their growing technology team in Noida.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in designing and delivering enterprise-scale warehouse management solutions for major customers across a global logistics network. You will work closely with business stakeholders, project teams, and technical specialists to define scalable, high-performing WMS solutions that support operational excellence.

This is an on-site role based in Noida.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end solution design for Blue Yonder WMS (Discrete) implementations.
• Gather and translate business requirements into scalable WMS solution designs.
• Facilitate workshops with customers, operations teams, and stakeholders.
• Produce high-quality functional and technical solution documentation.
• Define warehouse processes including inbound, outbound, inventory, replenishment, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Provide architectural guidance on integrations with ERP, TMS, WCS, automation, and third-party systems.
• Support implementation, testing, cutover, go-live, and hypercare activities.
• Ensure solutions align with global standards, best practices, and customer requirements.
• Mentor consultants and provide technical leadership throughout project delivery.
• Work closely with development, integration, and support teams to deliver successful projects.

What We're Looking For

• Strong hands-on experience with Blue Yonder WMS (Discrete).
• Proven experience as a Solution Architect, Lead Consultant, or Senior Functional Consultant.
• Deep understanding of warehouse operations and Contract Logistics.
• Experience delivering large-scale WMS implementation and transformation projects.
• Strong solution design and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience integrating WMS with ERP, automation, and surrounding supply chain systems.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders.
• Ability to lead workshops and influence solution decisions.
• Experience working in international project environments is highly desirable.
