We are looking for a certified Velo Developer with at least 2 years of experience or equivalent expertise. Job Location: Rajkot, Gujarat (on-site) Salary Range: ? 40,000 - ?60,000 per month About Company We at Empyrean Studio primarily works on making innovative apps for different platforms like Wix, iOS and Android. We are hiring a skilled Velo Developer with a strong foundation in Wix, Velo, and JavaScript to join our Wix App team. You?ll help create innovative Wix apps, bridge gaps in the Wix Apps ecosystem, introduce new features, and integrate third-party services for over 270 million Wix users. We are an official Wix Legend Partner with long partnership and development history with them. Responsibilities Leading the design and development of new apps. Providing inputs and suggestions for new apps and improving existing apps. Understanding the app requirement, gaps, hurdles and problems for which we are making the app. Making backend in NodeJS using Wix SDKs and APIs to support our app. Designing beautiful Wix Blocks, Wix CLI or Wix Self-hosted app as per requirement. Writing clean and beautiful Velo / Javascript code. Understanding and being thoroughly familiar with WIX APIs and SDK's documentation. Creating testing framework to make sure our apps are well tested periodically and keeps running 24/7 for our customers. Qualifications Well versed in Javascript Have detailed knowledge of Velo and Wix as a whole 2+ year of experience or equivalent expertise of working with Velo "Velo Certified by Wix" or "Expert Developer by Wix" certification preferred Have good grasp of javascript frameworks like ExpressJS and ReactJS Experience of working with different type of databases including mySQL and mongoDB Should have showcaseable projects made on Wix (can be website where good deal of Velo is used or dedicated Wix App)
