Role Description

This is a full-time, hybrid role for a Wiring Harness Design Engineer based in Ghaziabad, with the flexibility to work from home for a portion of the time. The role involves designing and developing automotive wiring harnesses and related components using CAD software and applying principles of electrical and mechanical engineering. Key responsibilities include creating detailed design schematics, collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and conducting quality assessments on prototypes and final products.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Wiring harness Design Engineering and Product Design
• Strong knowledge of Mechanical Engineering and Electrical Engineering principles
• Experience with Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools
• Ability to review and ensure quality in designs and prototypes
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field required)
• Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and standards such as IATF 16949:2016
• Prior experience in automotive manufacturing or related industries is a plus
• Effective communication and teamwork skills for cross-disciplinary collaboration
