Job Description

Windows System Engineer (Core Skillsets) ? Windows Server administration: installation, configuration, patching, and troubleshooting (Windows Server 2016/2019/2022). ? Active Directory management, including users, groups, organizational units, and group policies. ? DNS, DHCP, and certificate services management. ? File and print services configuration and troubleshooting. ? Virtualization experience with VMware ESXi/vSphere or Hyper-V, including VM provisioning and resource management. ? PowerShell scripting for automation, reporting, and system troubleshooting. ? Monitoring and performance tuning using tools like SCOM or PerfMon. ? Networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, routing, subnetting, and basic firewall troubleshooting. ? Strong analytical troubleshooting skills. ? Clear documentation skills for processes and configurations. ? Good time management to handle patching, KTLO, and project work. ? Ability to collaborate across multiple technical teams
