Role: Windows Admin

Experience Range: 6 – 12 Years

Location: Vizag

Must-Have:

• Deliver technical support for Linux-based servers, ensuring stability and performance of the environment.
• Diagnosing and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
• Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of Windows servers and services; namely Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, certificate management, containers
• Managing OU related activities
• Identify and resolve system issues through troubleshooting and diagnostic procedures.
• Monitor system resources and implement optimizations to improve efficiency and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on projects involving Windows infrastructure.
• Document procedures and configurations, contributing to the knowledge base.
• Maintain accurate and current documentation of installation settings, specifications, and floor plans.
• Regular maintenance of Server infrastructure, overseeing enhancements and upgrades to server and applications.
• Administering Windows Server Hybrid Core Infrastructure and Windows Server Hybrid Administration
• Assist in installation, configuration, and maintenance of Linux servers
• Troubleshoot and Diagnose Server related issues.
• Vendor and Stakeholder Management
• Excellent technical communication skills, both verbal and written
