Kindly comment or share your updated resume to [email protected] We are looking for experienced? WiFi Developers, Leads, and Managers ?to build next-generation wireless networking products. The role involves design, development, and debugging of software components for? WiFi Access Points, Wireless LAN Controllers, and related 802.11 technologies . Key Responsibilities Develop software for? WiFi APs, WLAN Controllers, and wireless features . Work with? 802.11 standards (11n/ac/ax) ?protocols, management frames, and advanced WiFi features. Integrate and tune? WiFi chipset SDKs ?(Broadcom, Qualcomm, Quantenna, etc.). Hands-on development with? Linux WiFi stack ?including mac80211, cfg80211, and hostapd. Implement and troubleshoot? WiFi security (WPA2/WPA3), MIMO, beamforming, band steering, channel bandwidth, MCS rates , etc. Perform? field debugging ?and RCA for wireless connectivity/performance issues. Create? SRS, design documentation , and contribute to architecture discussions. Lead and mentor a small team of engineers (for Lead/Manager roles). Required Skills Strong expertise in? C programming ?and? Linux development . Deep understanding of? WiFi protocols, management plane, and RF concepts . Experience in? IP data networking ?(TCP/IP basics). Hands-on exposure to? HostAP/Hostapd , mac80211, cfg80211. Experience with? WiFi chipset SDKs ?is highly preferred.
