Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled WFM - Reporting & Analytics- MIS professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in reporting and analytics, MIS reports, and MIS preparation, with a strong understanding of Workforce Management (WFM) principles.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights into workforce management metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Prepare and present MIS reports to stakeholders, highlighting trends, and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop reports that meet their needs.
Develop and maintain data visualizations and dashboards to effectively communicate complex data insights.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in reporting and analytics, and apply this knowledge to improve our reporting capabilities.

Requirements

3-8 years of experience in reporting and analytics, MIS reports, and MIS preparation.
Strong understanding of Workforce Management (WFM) principles and practices.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights effectively.
Proficiency in data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI.
Experience with reporting tools, such as Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services or Oracle Reports.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex data insights to stakeholders.
