Job Title Werum PAS-X MES MBR MODELLER Key Responsibilities ? Having experience on WERUM PAS-X Installation qualifications and version upgradation in the server client architecture. ? Expert in PAS-X system administration and configuration, ideally based on version 3.1.8,3.2.1, 3.30 - Service Configuration - User synchronization with LDAP/AD - Printing - System Console: Demon Control & Control Data (Global profiles, User rights management, Signature definitions, System console, Master data) - SAP-MES Interface - Import and Export ? Know how in file exchange. ? System life cycle documentation including CS, TRM, Risk assessments, IQ test scripts and change controls. ? Good technical architecture experience in PASX ? understanding of application or web server, Database architecture, interfaces, JBoss server log analysis. ? Experienced on MES integration with Level 2, Level 3, and Level 4 systems. ? Expertise in database ? creating SQL scripts, understanding of DB schema. ? Expertise in trouble shooting PAS-X related technical issues. (weighing & dispense scale issues/scale integration, printer/scanner, KP info analysis) ? IT configuration, Patch & Hot fix installations for the application customizations. ? Troubleshoot and defects resolution during the qualification. ? Hypercare support for post go-live issues. Knowledge area ? Werum PAS-X application installation and trouble shooting. ? WERUM PAS-X Installation qualifications and version upgradation. ? End to end implementation experience of Werum PAS-X. ? GMBRs, PVL, PMBR?s, Equipment Management, Material Flow, Weigh & Dispense, EBR, MBR & Master Data. ? ISA95/S88 standards & practical use of these standards in application design, Knowledge of Pharma manufacturing. ? Good Communication and Analytical skills ? Good understanding of ITIL concepts. ? Agile Project Management. ? Werum PAS-X Specification, Execution, Compliance & Performance Module ? Knowledge of GxP, GAMP, 21 CFR Part 11. Roles & Responsibilities ? Werum PAS-X Support Engineer. ? Mentor and Build team. ? Client Liasoning. IT Skills ? Oracle DB, SQL queries, C-Sharp, Java, XML interfaces, UA, DA, HDA connectors etc., ? User management and system profile creations. Generic Managerial Skills ? Develop technology competency. ? Showcase Solution & delivery capability to prospect customers. ? Delivery accelerators development. ?
