We at Wheels On Lease Pvt. Ltd. are looking for an experienced Tech Team Lead to drive our product development and lead our engineering team.
If you have strong expertise in API integrations, mobile app development, and full stack technologies, and enjoy working in a fast-paced startup environment, we’d love to connect with you!
🔹 Role Requirements
• Strong experience in API Integrations (3rd party services, scalability, security)
• Hands-on experience with React Native (Mobile App Development)
• Strong expertise in Full Stack Development using NestJS (Backend) + NextJS (Frontend)
• Experience in leading a development team and managing deliverables
• Ability to architect, review, and optimize systems
🔹 Responsibilities
• Lead and manage the development team (Frontend, Backend, Mobile)
• Oversee end-to-end product development
• Ensure timely delivery and code quality
• Handle API integrations and system architecture decisions
• Collaborate closely with UI/UX and product teams
🔹 Work Details
• Full-Time Role
• Preference for candidates available in or willing to relocate to Dehradun
• Opportunity to work on a live, scalable startup product
