Location: Noida (Work From Home for the first 3 months ? relocation to Noida/WFO mandatory post that) Are you a go-getter with a passion for driving global digital growth? We?re looking for a Business Development Manager (BDM) who can build strong international partnerships ? especially in the US market ? for our SEO, website development, and digital marketing services. ?? What You?ll Do Identify and convert new business opportunities from US and international clients . Develop and execute result-oriented business growth strategies . Engage clients to understand goals, challenges, and tailor SEO, SEM, SMO, and web solutions to fit their needs. Manage the entire sales cycle ? from lead generation to deal closure. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery. Keep up with digital trends to spot emerging business opportunities. Foster long-term client relationships and ensure repeat business. ?? What We?re Looking For 4+ years of experience in Business Development for Digital Marketing, SEO, and Web Solutions (US/UK markets preferred). Solid understanding of SEO, PPC, online branding, and website development . Proven success in lead generation via LinkedIn, Upwork, Apollo, cold outreach, and CRM tools. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Strong grasp of CRM systems and LinkedIn Sales Navigator . Strategic thinker, self-motivated, and result-driven. Willing to work in US night shifts (8:00 PM?5:00 AM or 9:00 PM?6:00 AM IST). ?? Qualification Bachelor?s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field ( MBA preferred ). ??
