Position: Welder

Location: Surkhet, Butwal, Pokhara, Bhairahwa, Birgunj Yard

Key Responsibilities

Perform high-quality welding on heavy construction equipment and related components.
Carry out repair and fabrication work on equipment structures, attachments, and metal parts.
Repair and reinforce buckets, booms, arms, and other heavy equipment components as required.
Conduct pin and bushing repair and replacement work.
Inspect welded joints to ensure strength, durability, and compliance with quality standards.
Maintain welding tools, equipment, and a safe, organized work environment.
Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines during welding and fabrication activities.

Key Requirements

Minimum 5 years of relevant welding experience.
Proficiency in welding and fabrication work.
Ability to read and interpret repair requirements and welding specifications.
Knowledge of welding safety practices and proper use of welding equipment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

Preferred Qualifications

Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in construction equipment bucket welding and pin & bushing repair work. Experience working on heavy construction or earthmoving equipment will be an added advantage
