Key Responsibilities Website Maintenance & Updates Bug Management & Issue Resolution Server, Hosting & Domain Management Vendor & Developer Coordination Website Security & Backups Performance Monitoring & Reporting Documentation & SOP Management Handle user queries and provide basic website-related support. ?Skills Required Strong understanding of Webflow & PHP-based websites Knowledge of DNS, SSL, domains, hosting platforms, and server management Basic understanding of APIs, integrations, and backend/frontend workflows Familiarity with Git or version control (preferred) Excellent communication for developer/vendor coordination Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting ability Highly organised with strong documentation discipline Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines Strong Customer Service skills ?
