We are seeking a Website Merchant & Designer with Social Media expertise to elevate our digital presence across e-commerce and social platforms. Key Responsibilities: Manage and optimize the brand?s e-commerce website for performance, customer experience, and ROI. Handle product uploads, catalog management, pricing, and promotions. Design and maintain visually engaging website layouts, banners, and landing pages in line with luxury aesthetics. Oversee social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) ? content creation, scheduling, community management, and engagement. Collaborate with marketing and merchandising teams to drive online sales and brand visibility. Monitor analytics for both website and social media, and implement data-driven improvements. Troubleshoot basic technical issues and coordinate with developers when required. Requirements: 2-3 years experience in luxury fashion e-commerce and social media management . Strong design skills (Adobe Creative Suite / Canva / Figma). Website management skills (Shopify, or similar). IT competency with ability to handle integrations, plugins, and troubleshooting. Social media savvy with ability to create engaging posts, reels, and campaigns. Excellent eye for detail and understanding of luxury brand aesthetics.
