Job Description: SurveySparrow is seeking a talented and creative Webflow Developer to join our growing team. As a Webflow Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing and developing visually stunning and user-friendly websites, landing pages, and web applications using the Webflow platform. You will collaborate closely with our design and marketing teams to bring our brand and product vision to life while ensuring an exceptional user experience across all platforms. Responsibilities: Collaborate with designers and stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into functional and visually appealing websites and landing pages. Develop custom website layouts, components, and interactions using the Webflow platform, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Optimize websites for performance, speed, and search engine optimization (SEO) best practices. Implement responsive and mobile-first design principles to ensure seamless experiences across various devices and screen sizes. Integrate third-party APIs, tools, and plugins to add functionality and enhance user interactions. Test websites across different browsers and devices to identify and fix any compatibility or responsiveness issues. Stay updated on the latest trends, features, and best practices in web design and development, particularly within the Webflow ecosystem. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, marketing, and product, to ensure alignment and consistency in brand messaging and user experience. Requirements: Proven experience as a Webflow Developer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your web design and development projects. Proficiency in the Webflow platform, including the ability to create custom layouts, animations, and interactions using Webflow's visual interface. Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/jQuery. Experience with responsive and mobile-first web design principles. Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices. Strong attention to detail and ability to translate design mockups into pixel-perfect websites. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
