Market Overview: Our primary focus is the landscaping industry in the United States, Canada, and Australia, which collectively represents a staggering $200 billion market. Key Responsibilities: Webflow Design and Development: Build responsive and visually appealing websites using Webflow. Implement UI/UX designs accurately as provided by designers or stakeholders. Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility. Maintain and update existing Webflow projects. 2.. Custom Code and Integrations: Enhance Webflow functionality using HTML, CSS, JavaScript. Integrate APIs, CRMs, forms, automation tools, and analytics platforms. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to custom code or integrations. 3.. Performance Optimization: Optimize images, code, assets, and animations for fast load times. Implement SEO best practices including metadata, schema, accessibility, and performance improvements. Monitor site performance metrics and apply necessary enhancements. 4.. Quality Assurance and Testing: Conduct thorough QA testing before deployment. Fix bugs, functional inconsistencies, and performance issues. Perform ongoing maintenance on live projects. Stay up to date with new Webflow features, plugins, trends, and best practices. Recommend improvements to workflows or user experiences. Required Skills & Qualifications:? Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Web Design, Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field. Diploma or certification in Web Development, Web Design, UI/UX Design, or related technical programs. ?1?3 years of experience developing websites on Webflow (portfolio required). Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Ability to embed and troubleshoot custom scripts and integrations. Experience working with CMS collections and dynamic content. Strong understanding of responsive design and modern UI/UX principles. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects. Strong attention to detail and quality. Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have): Experience with Webflow eCommerce. Familiarity with automation tools (Zapier, Make). Knowledge of SEO tools and analytics (Google Analytics, Search Console). Knowledge of GIF creation, motion graphics, or Lottie animations. Basic understanding of version control (Git).
