Role Description

We are looking for a forward-thinking, tech-obsessed AI-Augmented Developer Intern to join our engineering core. We don't just want someone who writes code manually. We want a developer who leverages the latest AI models to ship clean, secure, and production-ready code in record time.

You will be responsible for accelerating our development lifecycle by leveraging large language models (LLMs) and AI coding assistants to architect backends, build frontends, and write robust test cases for our web applications.

This is a full-time Web Development Intern role based in Gurugram, with a hybrid work arrangement that combines on-site collaboration and flexible work-from-home options.

What You Will Do

• AI-Driven Coding: Use state-of-the-art AI models to rapidly prototype, build, and maintain frontend interfaces and backend services.
• Automated Testing: Leverage AI tools to write comprehensive test cases, edge-case scenarios, and ensure high code coverage and reliability.
• Model Evaluation & R&D: Stay constantly updated on the best models, agents, and IDE plugins out there for coding. Test and recommend new AI workflows to the broader engineering team.
• Prompt Engineering for Dev: Refine prompts, context-injection techniques, and codebase indexing to get the most accurate, production-ready code output from AI tools.
• Debugging & Optimisation: Use AI-assisted debugging to quickly identify bottlenecks, security vulnerabilities, or errors in the application stack.

What You Should Know

• TypeScript Native: You are highly fluent in TypeScript. You understand how to write and enforce clean types, interfaces, and asynchronous code.
• Full-Stack Competent: You have strong, hands-on experience building web applications using React on the frontend and Node.js + Express on the backend.
• AI Enthusiast: You are genuinely fascinated by artificial intelligence and follow the latest releases of LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, DeepSeek, open-source models, etc.).
• Detail-Oriented (Especially for Testing): You recognise that code is only as good as its tests. You are rigorous about ensuring AI-generated code is thoroughly tested and secure.
• Self-Starter: You are eager to learn, not afraid to experiment, and ready to work hard in a fast-paced startup environment.
