We’re looking for a Web Developer to join us in-house and own that experience end to end.

You’ll have real ownership over the performance, speed, and scalability of our Shopify site. You’ll work closely with marketing, creative, and growth to turn ideas into fast, high-converting pages, support launches, and continuously improve how customers move through our site. Your work will directly impact revenue, conversion rate, and how the world experiences JazzUpCo.

As the Web Developer, you will:

• Own the performance, speed, stability, and scalability of the JazzUpCo website across multi markets

• Build, customize, and maintain Shopify themes, sections, and templates to support launches, campaigns, and CRO experiments

• Work closely with marketing, creative, and growth to turn ideas into fast, high-converting pages (landing pages, PDPs, collections, funnels)

• Continuously improve conversion rate, site speed, and user experience through iteration and testing

• Implement A/B tests, new features, and optimizations with speed and precision (without breaking things)

• Ensure the site is clean, responsive, and bug-free across devices and browsers

• Manage integrations with apps, analytics, payments, subscriptions, and 3rd-party tools

• Support major launches (BFCM, product drops, expansions) with zero-downtime execution

• Maintain strong documentation and clean code so the site is easy to scale and hand over

• Act as the technical bridge between design, marketing, and operations to ensure ideas ship fast and correctly

• Proactively identify and propose website improvements using data, analytics, heatmaps, session recordings, customer behavior, and competitor research - turning insights into clear, testable changes that continuously improve conversion, experience, and performance.

• Strong experience building and optimizing Shopify / Shopify Plus stores (Liquid, HTML, CSS, JS). Multi-market experience on shopify is a plus.

• A performance – you care about speed, conversion rate, and user flow, not just how things look, and the hunger to build something global 🌍

• Ability to turn Figma designs and marketing ideas into clean, functional, high-converting pages

• High ownership – you don’t wait to be told what’s broken, you fix it

• Comfort working fast in a high-growth environment with frequent launches and experiments

• Strong attention to detail – broken layouts, slow pages, or messy code bother you
