This is a full-time on-site role for a Web Developer at our Gurugram office. The Web Developer will design, develop, and maintain both front-end and back-end components of web applications. Responsibilities include web design, programming, troubleshooting, and optimizing user experiences for performance and scalability. The individual will collaborate closely with team members to ensure alignment with project goals and deliverables.

• Proficiency in Front-End Development and Web Design, with skills in creating responsive and user-friendly interfaces
• Experience in Back-End Web Development and Programming to build robust and scalable applications
• Comprehensive understanding of Web Development frameworks and technologies
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and optimize websites for better performance
• Effective collaboration and communication skills to work within a cross-functional team
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git is an advantage
• A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
• Experience working in start-up or fast-paced environments is a plus
