Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Web Developer role based in Gurugram. The Web Developer will design, build, and maintain responsive websites and web applications that effectively present the company’s brands and products. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing user-friendly interfaces, implementing website layouts, and optimizing pages for speed, accessibility, and performance. The role involves collaborating with design, marketing, and product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions and new website features. The Web Developer will also be responsible for integrating front-end and back-end components, managing basic APIs and databases, and ensuring site security, stability, and cross-browser compatibility. Ongoing tasks include troubleshooting issues, refining user experience, and keeping the technology stack up to date with best practices in modern web development.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Front-End Development and Web Design, including responsive layouts and modern UI/UX principles.
• Proficiency in Back-End Web Development and Programming to build, integrate, and maintain web application logic and data.
• Solid foundation in overall Web Development practices, including performance optimization, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Experience working with modern web technologies and frameworks (e.g., HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and at least one front-end or back-end framework).
• Familiarity with version control systems (such as Git) and collaborative development workflows.
• Ability to translate business and design requirements into clean, maintainable, and scalable code.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and willingness to learn new tools and technologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in e-commerce, D2C brands, or the health and beauty sector is an advantage.
