We?re looking for a Tech Specialist who can bridge creativity, performance, and technology to build smooth, high-performing digital solutions. WHAT YOU?LL DO: Build and maintain responsive websites for various brands using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS platforms like WordPress or Wix. Implement APIs, tracking codes, analytics, and other tech setups to support digital marketing campaigns. Work closely with the performance team to improve landing pages, run A/B tests, and ensure smooth user journeys. Troubleshoot website issues, manage hosting/domain setups, and ensure everything runs smoothly. Support CRM setups, automations, and tool integrations that help teams and brands work better. Collaborate with design, strategy, and marketing teams to bring ideas to life through tech. Stay updated with new tools, technologies, and smarter ways to solve problems. WHO YOU ARE: 1?3 years of experience in web development / tech / marketing-tech roles (agency experience is a bonus). Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and at least one CMS (WordPress, Shopify, Wix, Webflow). Familiar with API integrations, SEO basics, tracking pixels, GTM, and analytics tools. Comfortable reading and interpreting performance marketing data and making tech improvements based on it. Understands both frontend & backend basics, even if not fully full-stack. Has exposure to e-commerce platforms, funnels, and conversions. Enjoys solving problems quickly and finding clean, efficient solutions. Comfortable coordinating with multiple teams and translating marketing needs into technical outputs. LIFE WITH A WOLFPACK: It?s important that work goes beyond task lists and deadlines.
