Company Description We are looking for a smart and detail-oriented Web Developer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and optimizing website performance, ensuring fast loading speeds, and maintaining overall site functionality to deliver an excellent user experience. Roles Description: This is a full-time, on-site role for a Web Developer located in Chennai. The Web Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web applications. Daily tasks include front-end and back-end development, implementing responsive designs, optimizing website performance, and collaborating with team members to deliver user-friendly web solutions. The role requires strong debugging and testing skills to ensure high-quality web functionality. Key Responsibilities: Website Performance: Regularly monitor and improve website speed, performance, and uptime to ensure smooth user experiences. Website Maintenance: Update, debug, and maintain site functionality across platforms such as Shopify , WordPress , and other e-commerce systems. Optimization: Implement performance optimization techniques including image compression, caching, and code minification. UI/UX Enhancement: Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to enhance the visual layout, responsiveness, and usability of the website. Technical SEO: Ensure the website follows SEO best practices such as clean code structure, metadata, and mobile-friendly design. Error & Bug Fixing: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve front-end and back-end issues promptly. Integration: Manage third-party app integrations, API connections, and plugin configurations as needed. Security & Backup: Maintain data security standards and ensure regular website backups. Experience & Requirements: Educational Background: Any degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). Technical Skills: Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP , and familiarity with Shopify , WordPress , or similar CMS platforms. Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Teamwork: Ability to collaborate with content, design, and marketing teams effectively. Experience: 1?2 years of experience in website development or maintenance. Additional Advantage: Basic understanding of SEO, web analytics, and version control systems (e.g., Git). Job Details: Salary: ?15,000 ? ?20,000 per month Working Days: 6 days a week Timings: 10:00 AM ? 07:00 PM Location: Seven Wells, Chennai Work Mode: On-site only (this is not a work-from-home role) Openings: 1 immediate opening Qualifications: Web Development, Front-End Development, and Web Design skills Proficiency in Back-End Web Development and Programming Strong problem-solving, debugging, and testing abilities Excellent communication and collaboration skills Familiarity with modern web technologies, tools, and frameworks is advantageous Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related discipline is preferred
