Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Web Developer position based in Secunder?b?d. The Web Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining websites, ensuring their functionality, and creating user-friendly interfaces. Responsibilities include front-end and back-end development, collaborating with the design team, performing regular website updates, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring a high standard of web performance and usability. Qualifications Proficiency in Front-End Development, including experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript Strong Back-End Web Development skills, with knowledge of server-side programming and database management Web Development and Programming skills, including creating and implementing scalable, efficient code Web Design expertise with a focus on user experience and responsive design Ability to collaborate effectively with a team and communicate technical concepts clearly Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience) Experience with CMS platforms and optimization tools is a plus Familiarity with cross-browser compatibility strategies and web security best practices is beneficial
