• 5 years of proven experience in website design, with a strong portfolio showcasing innovative and brand-aligned web projects.
• Exceptional visual design skills with a keen eye for typography, color theory, and composition in digital spaces.
• Expert-level skills in Figma for website design and prototyping. Familiarity with Webflow's capabilities and limitations to design within the platform's possibilities.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS and Web-flow for effective collaboration with website developers.
• Experience in designing interactive elements and animations for websites.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions to both team members and clients.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under tight deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
