Role Description

The Web Designer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Ludhiana. The Web Designer will be responsible for creating visually engaging, user-friendly website layouts and interfaces that align with client branding and business objectives. Daily tasks include designing web pages and graphics, collaborating with developers and marketers, ensuring responsive and accessible design across devices, and optimizing designs for performance and usability. The role involves working closely with the digital marketing team to integrate design with content, SEO, and overall campaign goals. The Web Designer will also participate in client discussions, refine designs based on feedback, and maintain consistency across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Strong Web Design skills, with experience creating modern, user-centered website layouts and interfaces.
• Proficiency in Graphic Design and working with Graphics for web (e.g., Adobe XD, Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator or similar tools).
• Knowledge of Front-End Development fundamentals (HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript) to effectively collaborate with developers.
• Experience with Responsive Web Design, ensuring seamless experiences across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
• Understanding of UX/UI principles, web accessibility standards, and best practices in visual hierarchy and interaction design.
• Ability to work on-site in Ludhiana, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams and clients.
• Relevant education or training in Web Design, Graphic Design, Multimedia, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
