About the Role We are looking for a skilled part time or contract based web designer cum developer to build and host a dynamic, SEO-optimized website for our resort. The candidate will handle end-to-end development?from design and setup to testing, deployment, and maintenance - using platforms like Wix, WordPress, or equivalent modern CMS tools, hosted on Microsoft Azure. Responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy a responsive website (mobile and desktop friendly). Build using Wix, WordPress, or similar platforms, integrating with Azure hosting. Ensure smooth performance, fast loading times, and dynamic front-end design. Implement SEO best practices, Google indexing, and proper metadata management. Integrate Google Analytics, Google Tags, and cookie consent tools. Configure DNS records, SSL/TLS, and basic security measures for the site. Handle forms, document uploads, and other custom website modules. Integrate third-party widgets and dynamic elements for interactivity. Use AI-assisted design and content tools to accelerate project delivery. Develop backend dashboards or modules allowing updates by non-technical staff. Conduct regular maintenance and support post-deployment. Required Skills & Experience Proven experience in WordPress, Wix, or similar CMS platforms. Strong command of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related frameworks. Knowledge of Azure Web Apps or hosting integration workflow. Good sense of UI/UX design principles and aesthetics. Understanding of SEO, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics. Experience with domain management and DNS setup. Familiarity with AI-assisted website development and content tools. Ability to work independently under minimal supervision. Preferred Qualifications Experience in hospitality or travel website projects. Knowledge of basic on-page and off-page SEO optimization. Prior Azure hosting or cloud deployment experience. Compensation The role will be billed on an hourly basis at about Rs 300+ per hour, depending on skill level and prior experience.
