Job Title: Web Designer

Location: Pune (On-site/Hybrid)

Experience Required: 3 Years

Salary Range: 40,000 – 50,000 per month

Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Web Designer with a strong command of the latest web design tools and trends. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of hands-on experience and a proven portfolio of modern, user-centric web designs. You will be responsible for creating visually stunning, intuitive, and responsive websites that align with brand identity and user experience goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Design modern, responsive websites using the latest UI/UX principles

Create design assets, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes

Use tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar platforms for design workflows

Collaborate with developers, marketing teams, and stakeholders to translate business goals into high-quality web experiences

Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility in design

Maintain consistency in visual elements and branding across projects

Stay updated with current web design trends, tools, and technologies

Required Skills & Tools:

Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a Web Designer

Expertise in modern design tools: Figma (mandatory), Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator

Strong knowledge of responsive design and mobile-first approach

Good understanding of HTML5/CSS3 (coding knowledge is a plus, not mandatory)

Ability to create clean, engaging, and user-friendly UI designs

Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction

Strong communication and time management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, or a related field

Experience working in a startup or agile environment is a plus

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
