Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Communication Skills Trainer located in Guntur Andhra Pradesh. The Communication Skills Trainer will focus on delivering engaging training sessions on communication, soft skills, and life skills. Responsibilities include designing and delivering training programs, enhancing participants' communication proficiency, conducting workshops, and providing feedback to improve participants’ skills. The trainer will also implement strategies to motivate learners and ensure active participation during sessions.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Communication and Soft Skills training
• Experience in Training & Development and facilitating group workshops
• Knowledge of Life Skills and the ability to coach individuals on personal and professional growth
• Proficiency in delivering impactful Presentation Skills
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage a diverse audience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Prior experience in a training role or educational context is beneficial
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Communications, or a related field preferred
