Job Title: Warehouse Manager

Location: Gurgaon (Faruknagar)

Experience: 10–12 Years

Industry Preference: FMCG, Retail, 3PL Logistics

Education: MBA Preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations, including inbound, outbound, storage, and inventory.
• Ensure timely order processing and dispatch while maintaining high service levels.
• Lead and supervise warehouse staff, ensuring productivity and discipline.
• Monitor inventory accuracy through cycle counts and stock audits.
• Ensure adherence to warehouse safety, quality, and compliance standards.
• Coordinate with clients, transporters, and internal stakeholders for smooth operations.
• Utilize ERP systems for inventory management, reporting, and operational tracking.
• Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
• Prepare MIS reports and monitor warehouse KPIs.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management.
• Experience in FMCG/Retail warehousing.
• Prior experience working with a 3PL logistics company.
• Excellent team handling and leadership skills.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, WMS, or similar).
• Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
