We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Warehouse Manager to join our team at Flicka Cosmetics PVT LTD. As the Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our warehouse and ensuring efficient inventory management. If you have a strong background in warehouse supervision, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work well with all levels of staff, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

• Control and manage inventory to ensure accurate tracking and efficient storage
• Supervise warehouse employees and provide guidance to ensure smooth operations
• Perform general maintenance of machinery and equipment used in the warehouse
• Inspect the condition of tools and equipment, and coordinate repairs or replacements as needed
• Enforce company rules and regulations to maintain a safe and productive work environment
• Liaise with transport companies, suppliers, and clients to coordinate shipments and deliveries
• Train, supervise, and appraise staff to enhance performance and ensure adherence to quality objectives and delivery deadlines
  
  

Qualifications And Skills

• 2+ years of experience in a warehouse supervisory role
• Proven knowledge of warehouse policies and procedures
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with all levels of staff
• Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
