Job Description

Key Roles And Responsibilities

Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of goods.
Ensure accurate inventory management through regular cycle counts, audits, and stock reconciliation.
Optimize warehouse layout and storage systems to maximize space utilization and operational efficiency.
Supervise, train, and manage warehouse staff to maintain productivity and operational discipline.
Implement and monitor warehouse safety standards and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with transportation and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and dispatch.
Monitor warehouse performance metrics and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
Manage inbound and outbound shipments while maintaining proper documentation and tracking.
Ensure proper maintenance and utilization of warehouse equipment and infrastructure.
Collaborate with supply chain, procurement, and operations teams to support smooth inventory flow and business operations.

Skills Required

Strong knowledge of warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch management.
Inventory management and stock control with experience in cycle counts, audits, and reconciliation.
Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP tools, and MS Excel for tracking and reporting.
Team leadership and workforce management to supervise, train, and improve warehouse staff productivity.
Knowledge of safety standards, compliance procedures, and warehouse operational best practices.
Strong problem-solving, coordination, and communication skills to manage daily warehouse activities efficiently.

Qualification: MBA or Related Degree in Logistics or Supply Chain.
