We are hiring for one of our Dehradun based client which is fast-growing food supply chain business.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Team Lead to manage end-to-end warehouse and logistics operations in a fast-paced food and grocery supply chain environment. This role will oversee inbound logistics, inventory management, packaging, dispatch, and production coordination while ensuring operational efficiency, inventory accuracy, and high service levels.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily warehouse and logistics operations including inbound, inventory, packaging, quality checks, dispatch, transportation, and returns.
Ensure accurate inventory management, FIFO implementation, and ERP-based tracking of stock movements.
Monitor key operational KPIs such as order accuracy, dispatch timelines, shrinkage, and logistics cost per order.
Lead and manage on-roll and third-party warehouse staff, including shift planning and performance monitoring.
Coordinate with internal and contract teams for production planning, packaging, labeling, and distribution.
Maintain warehouse safety, hygiene, and regulatory compliance, including food safety standards.
Drive process improvements through tools like 5S, 4M audits, and root cause analysis.

Requirements

Graduate with 4–7 years of experience in warehouse, factory, logistics, or operations.
Experience in e-commerce, retail, grocery, food supply chain, or agritech preferred.
Strong team management and execution skills in high-volume operations.
Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and ERP systems (ERPNext preferred).
Working knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or TQM is a plus.
